The Lamoille Region Chamber of Commerce is committed to advancing the economic, industrial, professional, cultural, and civic welfare of the residents and guests in the Lamoille Valley by directly promoting tourism activities and our abundant natural resources, by helping businesses prosper and grow through Chamber events and opportunities, and by providing the means through which businesses can work together for the benefit of all. 

 

The Lamoille Economic Development Corporation is a non-profit organization having as its primary mission to increase and expand quality job opportunities for county residents. Services include start-up and expansion assistance, plant location and construction, financing, employee training, state tax incentives, and local business information. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is a collective effort that developed and is now managing an unmatched 96 mile mixed-use recreation trail from Swanton, through Lamoille County, to St. Johnsbury.

The Lamoille County Conservation District  provides conservation and environmental education to youth and adults alike. Services include the provision of low-cost trees and shrubs, trout for private pond stocking, erosion and floodplain consultations, conservation implementation, summer camp, portable skidder bridge rentals, and family programming. Healthy Lamoille Valley is a coalition of community organizations and individuals working collaboratively to make healthy choices for residents of Lamoille Valley.
