The 2022 Comprehensive Energy Plan

The 2022 Comprehensive Energy Plan (CEP) is the product of a yearlong process that drew input from Vermonters and numerous State agencies. Public process and input were used to inform the finalization of the 2022 CEP. This CEP reflects close coordination between the Public Service Department (PSD) and the Vermont Climate Council. This plan was required by the Climate Action Plan and by the Global Warming Solutions Act (Act 153 of 2020). To read more on the topic, please click the link below.
