Tasha Wallis, Executive Director email, Direct Dial: 802-851-6346 Tasha Wallis works with the Board and staff to provide strategic direction, budgeting and administrative oversight. She works closely with municipal representatives and state officials from numerous partner agencies. She has been responsible for updating all of the internal controls and financial procedures at LCPC. |

Seth Jensen, Deputy Director, email, Direct Dial: 802-851-6337 Seth manages several program, especially the Smugglers' Notch Project, and conducts Act 250 review for developments. He also provides training to municipalities and assists with bylaw and zoning updates. With his extensive background, he is a great source of knowledge for municipalities and staff. |

Meghan Rodier, Regional Planner email, Direct Dial: 802-851-6339 Meghan works on a broad spectrum of planning projects. She assists LCPC and municipalities with natural resource, hazard mitigation, transportation, land use, and energy planning. She manages the LCPC Water Quality contract for Tactical Basin Planning Services with ANR and subsidiary water quality grants. Meghan acts as a water quality planner on staff and assists municipalities and partners with project development, management, and implementation. Meghan also manages LCPC's core funding contract with the Agency of Commerce and Community Development and a variety of other grants and planning projects. Meghan is the second in-house resource for GIS mapping requests. |

Kate Lalley, PT Regional Planner email Kate, a Landscape Architect, has again joined the LCPC Team as a part-time employee. Kate last worked for LCPC in 2015/16. Her expertise in landscape design will be instrumental in several current and future projects. |

Alec Jones, GIS & Transportation Planner email, Direct Dial: 802-851-6350 Alec started at LCPC at the end of February 2020. He is a graduate of Northern Vermont University, Johnson with a degree in Environmental Science. Alec grew up on a dairy farm in Hyde Park. His experience includes several academic projects as well as working for Vermont Electric Co-op and on the family farm. He has direct experience with GIS, an important skill in this position. Alec will be working on Emergency Management and Transportation projects and elsewhere as needed. |

Victoria Hellwig, Planner, email, Direct Dial 802-851-6342 Victoria graduated her master's program with the University of Vermont and Vermont Law School. She is excited to plan for the future of the Lamoille region with LCPC. She typically works on planning projects that intersect with natural resources, energy, and outdoor recreation.

Melissa Manka, Regional Planner, email, Direct Dial: 802-851-6347 Melissa joined LCPC in November of 2023. She served as a local Town Planner for 18 years after receiving a BS in Environmental Science – Natural Resource Management & Policy from Johnson State College. Melissa will be assisting LCPC and municipalities with Municipal Technical Assistance Program projects, town plan and bylaw updates, housing initiatives, and flood recovery and resiliency.

Georgeana Little, Office Manager email, Direct Dial: 802-851-6351 Georgeana is no stranger to LCPC. She worked as bookkeeper from 2012-2014. After leaving her position at the Commission, she joined the Board of Directors as representative from Cambridge Village. Besides running the office, Georgeana assists with accounting projects.
