Belonging and Inclusion Committee (BIC)

The Belonging and Inclusion Committee, formaly the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee or JEDI for short, was formed at the January 2021 Board Meeting. The Committee drafted, and the Board approved, a Declaration of Inclusion. In July 2024 the committee name was changed to the Belonging and Inclusion Committee (BIC) and the Board approved the "Considerations for Inclusive Town Planning" drafted by the committee. This committee is continuing to work on drafting tools for the Commission to use in its work.
