Tasha Wallis works with the Board and staff to provide strategic direction, budgeting and administrative oversight. She works closely with municipal representatives and state officials from numerous partner agencies. She has been responsible for updating all of the internal controls and financial procedures at LCPC.

Seth manages the Brownfields Program, The Smugglers Notch Project, and conducts Act 250 review for developments. He also provides training to municipalities and assists with bylaw and zoning updates. With his extensive background, he is a great source of knowledge for municipalities and staff.

Rob assists municipal administrative staff, highway department staff, municipal boards & committees, and volunteers on all things transportation related. Rob also acts as liaison between municipalities, VTrans, and Federal transportation programs.

Ryan Ryan is in charge of GIS operations and IT management. He provides community mapping needs and conducts GIS spatial analyses for natural resource, transportation, and town planning.

Meghan works on a broad spectrum of planning projects. She assists LCPC staff and municipalities with transportation, land use, emergency, natural resource, and energy planning. She manages the traffic counts, EMPG contract, and works with the Local Emergency Planning Committee. Meghan is the second in-house resource for GIS mapping requests.

Lea as Regional Planner manages LCPC’s contracts with the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, and the Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security. She leads the Regional Energy Planning Initiative, provides staffing support to the LCPC’s Regional Plan Committee and contributes to the Brownfields Program work.

As Office Manager, Ellen, keeps the place humming! She handles office mailings, correspondence, filing, meeting organization and minutes, office health enrollment, LCPC website and Facebook updates, and supporting the planners with their many projects.
